About Us
Our Goal
Established to provide young players from 6-14 years old with quality, structured football coaching by FAW qualified coaches, with the emphasis very much around fun and enjoyment to aid the development in youth football.
Our Ethos
Our ethos is firmly on the beliefs of creating an environment for potentially elite young footballers, to learn and play without the fear of making mistakes.
The PJSS Development platform provides players who are likely to be excelling at grass roots level, whilst not currently making the level with professional academies.
We know that players will develop both physically and mentally at different times, so we nurture them and encourage them with top level football coaching through both training and games which ultimately improves their opportunities to make that step into a professional academy.
